Dirt Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chocolate sandwich cookies (oreos), 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 1 (16 oz.) cool whip and 2 small boxes vanilla pudding (instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend softened butter, cream cheese and unthawed Cool Whip with a mixer.
Add milk and dry pudding.
Beat until smooth. Place in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour until thickened. Crush cookies in blender.
Layer cookies, then pudding mixture, ending with cookies.
"Gummy worms" can be placed on top for effect, if desired.
