"Dirt Pie"
"Dirt Pie" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cold milk, 1 (4-serving) pkg. jell-o chocolate instant pudding and pie filling, 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed, 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed and 1 1/2 c. "rocks"*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour milk into a medium bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with a wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping.
Stir 1 cup of the cookies and the "rocks" into pudding mixture.
Spoon into pie crust.
Sprinkle with rest of cookies.
Freeze until firm.
You can decorate with gumdrop flowers.
Serves 6 to 8.
