Dirt Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. oreo cookies, 1 large container cool whip, 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 4 c. milk and 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the pudding and milk until it just starts to thicken.
Then add the cream cheese by chunks.
Keep blending with mixer until smooth.
The mixture will still be a little lumpy which is fine.
