Put Oreo cookies in blender to make them look like dirt.
Set them aside.
Cream the cream cheese and butter.
Add pudding, sugar and milk, then fold in the Cool Whip.
In a large container, put a line of the dirt, then the pudding until you reach the top with the dirt on top.
