Dirt Dessert
Dirt Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter (oleo), 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix the first 3 ingredients in one bowl.
Mix the pudding, milk and Cool Whip in a large bowl, then blend and fold cream cheese mixture into Cool Whip mixture.
Layer cookie crumbs with the chocolate pudding combination in a clear glass container and decorate as you see fit.
Can be served with a little toy shovel. You can end with a crumb mix on top and put an artificial flower in center.
