Crumble 3/4 Oreos and place in large bowl.
Set aside.
Mix pudding as directed on box.
Add and blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip to the pudding.
Put cream cheese mixture on top of crumbled cookies.
Put rest of crumbled cookies on top.
Put gummy worms on top or fake flowers.
