Make pudding according to directions on the box.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Using 1/2 of each mixture, put 1 layer of Oreos, 1 layer cream cheese mixture, 1 layer pudding, 1 layer cream cheese, 1 layer pudding, top with the rest of the Oreos.
