Dirt Cake

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Add all other ingredients, except Oreos; mix well.
For "dirt," grind Oreos in blender. Spread 1/2 of "dirt" in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread on cream mixture.
Put rest of "dirt" on top.
Chill 10 to 12 hours.
