Spread layer of crushed cookies in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese; add sugar, pudding mix and milk.
Spread layer of pudding mix over cookies.
Add a thin layer of Cool Whip, layer of cookies, pudding and then Cool Whip until used up.
Top with a thin layer of Cool Whip with a few cookies on top.
