Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 or 1 1/4 lb.) pkg. oreo cookies, 2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor), 3 1/2 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and 1 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grind or crush cookies until fairly fine.
Set aside.
Mix together in a large bowl pudding and milk.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and oleo until smooth and creamy.
Add Cool Whip to pudding and mix well.
Add cream cheese mixture and mix well.
