Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. chocolate cream-filled cookies, 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.), 1 stick margarine, softened, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Crumble cookies very fine in food processor or by hand.
Layer 1/2 of the crumbs in container or large dish that resembles a flower pot.
Blend cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar until light; add vanilla and fold in whipped topping.
Combine pudding mix and milk; fold into cheese mixture.
Pour in container over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs to look like potting soil.
