Mix pudding and milk, making according to directions on box. Make this first.
Crush the Oreos (set aside).
Cream together oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Blend Cool Whip into pudding mixture.
Blend in the mixture of oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
