Put 1/2 of crumbled Oreos in dish; mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and Cool Whip.
Mix thoroughly and pour over cookie crumbs.
Mix pudding, milk and vanilla; add a layer on powdered sugar mixture.
Put Oreo cookie crumbs on top and press down.
