Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, crush Oreos.
Spread a layer of crushed Oreos in a 9 x 13-inch pan or a flowerpot, then a layer of mixture, more cookies and top with flowers and gummy worms for a nice touch.
