Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo cookies, crushed (do not separate; can use food processor or blender), 3 1/2 c. milk, 12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed, 1/2 stick margarine and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix margarine, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
In a large bowl, mix milk, pudding and whipped topping.
Combine mixtures, stirring well.
Layer with cookies and pudding.
The last layer should be cookies.
Put in a large plastic flower pot and refrigerate overnight.
Arrange plastic flowers in "dirt" before serving.
