Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo's, 1/3 c. melted butter, 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, 3 1/2 c. milk and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Crumble cookies fine.
Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese together.
Add Cool Whip.
Mix up pudding and milk.
Put layer of cookies then cream cheese mixture, cookies and pudding. End with cookies on top; put gummy worms in middle of cake.
