Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. confectioners sugar, 16 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 3 c. milk and 16 oz. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream confectioners sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Add pudding mix and milk.
Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Sprinkle half the crushed cookies into clean decorative flower pot.
Spoon in cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining crushed cookies over top to resemble "dirt". Chill until serving time.
Place silk flowers in mixture to resemble potted plant.
Yield
15 servings.
