Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 3 1/2 c. milk and 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a medium bowl, combine margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix well.
In another bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; add whipped topping and blend well by hand.
Combine both bowls and set aside.
Process cookies in food processor until they look like potting soil.
Layer cookies and filling in a clean 8 1/2-inch flowerpot, starting and ending with cookies.
Wrap stems of artificial flowers in plastic wrap and insert.
Refrigerate until serving.
