Prepare pancake mix as directed on package for 7 - 8 pancakes.
Stir in salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip wieners into batter then drop into deep oil heated to 375 degrees.
Fry until golden brown, 2 minutes.
Insert skewers lengthwise into wieners and serve.
