Dinosaur Cookies
Dinosaur Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine or butter, 1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large mixer bowl, beat the margarine with an electric mixer on medium speed, about 30 seconds or until softened.
Add about half of the flour, sugar and vanilla.
Beat with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until thoroughly combined, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally.
Then beat or stir in the remaining flour.
Shape cookies into dinosaurs.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 10 large cookies.
