Dinner Salad
Dinner Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncooked rotini, 1 qt. head lettuce chunks, 1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, thinly sliced (2/3 c.) and 6 tbsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook rotini as directed on package; drain and cool.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper and onion.
In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring continually.
Add pasta to lettuce, pour hot dressing over all.
Toss until well mixed.
Makes 12 servings. About 120 calories per serving.
