Dinner Rolls
Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. warm water (not hot), 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. lukewarm milk, brought to boiling point and cooled, 2 tbsp. cooking oil and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add remaining ingredients. Leave dough sticky (slightly), rather than dry, even if it means using less flour.
Lift dough out of bowl and put a few drops of oil in bowl.
Return the dough and turn it around in the oil and then right side up so oil is on the top.
Cover with a dish towel and let rise until double in size.
