Dinner In A Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. fat (margarine), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, sliced, 1 lb. hamburger and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute onion and peppers, in 4 tablespoons fat, three minutes. Add meat and seasonings.
Remove from heat; stir in eggs and mix well.
Place 1 cup corn in baking dish, then half of the meat mixture, then a layer of sliced tomatoes.

Cover with crumbs.
Dot with remaining fat.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
