Dinner Casserole
Dinner Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained, 2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Rinse frozen peas and carrots under running cold water to separate; drain.
Mix peas and carrots and the remaining ingredients except for the potato chips in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish or baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
