Dilly Toasted Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. dried dill weed, 1/4 tsp. celery salt and 2 c. walnut halves, pecan halves, blanched whole almonds, raw peanuts, raw cashews or shelled pumpkin seed (10 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Microwave-safe casserole, combine butter or margarine, dill weed and celery salt.
Cook, uncovered, on 100%
(High) to 40 seconds or until melted.
Stir in nuts.
Cook, uncovered, for 6 to 7 minutes or until toasted, stirring every 2 minutes the first 4 minutes, then every 20 seconds.
Pour nuts onto a baking sheet; spread out to cool. Makes 2 cups (8 servings).
