Dilly Burgers
Dilly Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder, 1 onion, sliced 1/4-inch thick, 2/3 c. hamburger dill slices and 1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Make ground beef into 12 thin patties.
Sprinkle on seasonings.
Place 1 onion slice and evenly divided dill slices on each patty.
Top with remaining patties and press edges together to seal.
Place in baking dish.
Combine soup and sauce.
Spoon over meat.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
