Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water, 1 c. small curd cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm, 1 tbsp. softened butter or oleo, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. instant minced onion or fresh, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients except flour.
Mix thoroughly (not with mixer).
Add flour gradually.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour in a warm place.
Punch down; put in greased small loaf pans or casserole dish.
Let rise, covered, 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325Β°.
Recipe can be doubled, but use 9 x 13-inch pan.
