Dilly Bread
Dilly Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water, 1 c. small curd cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm, 1 tbsp. softened butter or oleo, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. instant minced onion or fresh, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine all ingredients except flour.
Mix thoroughly (not with mixer).
Add flour gradually.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour in a warm place.
Punch down; put in greased small loaf pans or casserole dish.
Let rise, covered, 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325Β°.
Recipe can be doubled, but use 9 x 13-inch pan.
