Dilly Beans
Dilly Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beans (small, not a full bean), 1 tsp. red pepper (ground), 4 garlic cloves, 4 large heads dill and 1/4 c. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook beans for 3 minutes.
(Have water boiling when you put beans in.)
Place 1 head of dill, 1 garlic clove and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in each jar (4 jars); pack beans in jars.
In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt and sugar; bring to a boil and pour over beans.
Makes 4 pints.
