Dilly Beans
Dilly Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. white vinegar, 3 1/2 c. water, 6 tbsp. pickling salt, 4 lb. green beans, cleaned and 21 black peppercorns, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine water, vinegar and salt in pan; bring to boil.
Pack beans in sterilized jars.
Divide remaining ingredients among jars.
Pour boiling liquid over, leaving 1/2-inch at top of jar. Seal jars.
Put in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
Makes 7 pints.
