Dill Weed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 medium size potatoes, 3/4 c. butter, 2 1/2 tsp. dill weed and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash potatoes and wrap individually in plastic wrap.
Cook in microwave for 8 minutes on High on each side.
Cool while still wrapped for easier peeling.
Cut in bite sizes.
Melt butter and dill weed.
Pour over potatoes and salt to taste.
Serve hot!
