Dill Sauce
Dill Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. chicken broth, 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) and 2 tsp. dried dill or several sprigs fresh, clipped dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In small saucepan, melt margarine.
Stir in flour.
Stir in broth, salt and dill.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Excellent over cooked shrimp with a side of noodles or rice.
Also good on Danish/Swedish meatballs.
