I first scrub the cukes and get all picks off.

Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil.

Pack in jars tight.

Put a piece of dill and a clove of garlic in jar.

Pour hot liquid over pickles.

Wipe jar rim and put on lid and seal.

Set whole jar in quite hot water until water cools.

Wait to eat at least 2 weeks. They are better if you wait longer.
