Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with small firm cucumbers, buttons of garlic, 1 umbrella dill or 1 tbsp. whole dill seed, 2 qt. water and 1 qt. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pack small firm cucumbers in jars.
For each jar, add 1 button of garlic and 1 umbrella of dill or 1 tablespoon of whole dill seed.
Boil water, vinegar and salt (not iodize) for 3 minutes. Pour over pickles while hot.
(To make sure jars are sealed, can put in cold pack for few minutes.)
Let stand for 4 to 6 weeks before use.
