Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. salt, 3 heads fresh dill and 1/8 tsp. alum (for each jar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash cucumbers and pack into jars.
Add one head of dill, alum and 1 clove garlic to each jar.
Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil.
Pour over cucumbers.
Cover with canning lids and seal. Process for only 10 minutes.
Let pickle for at least 2 weeks.
