Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. cucumbers, 2 qt. water (boiled and cooled), 1/2 c. salt, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 pt. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sterilize jars.
Cukes; cut into spears and fill jars. Mix 2 quarts water (boiled and cooled), 1/2 cup salt, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 pint vinegar.
Pour over cukes. Add an 8-inch stalk of dill to 1 quart of cukes.
Can be made in open crock.
