Dill Chicken
Dill Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. dry white wine, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown chicken in butter in skillet until light brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
Mix wine, lemon juice, salt and dill weed and pour over chicken.
Place lemon slices on top and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer until chicken is done.
Remove chicken; heat juice until boiling and half remains.
Pour over chicken; sprinkle onions over top.
