Dill Cheese Bread
Dill Cheese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast or 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 1 c. cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix yeast and warm water in bowl and set aside.
Heat cottage cheese.
Do not boil.
Add cottage cheese to yeast and water.
Now add remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Place on floured board.
Knead and shape into loaf.
Snip top.
Grease top.
Let rise in pan until doubled in size.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 or 35 minutes.
Excellent toasted.
