Dill Bread
Dill Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 4 tsp. dill seed and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften yeast in water.
Combine in bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast.
Add flour in 2 additions, beating well.
Let rise until light and doubled (50 to 60 minutes).
Stir down dough.
Turn into well-greased casserole 8 inches round.
Let rise until light (30 to 40 minutes).
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
