👨‍🍳 Instructions

In small bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water.

In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, butter, dill weed, chives, salt, soda and egg; beat at medium speed until well blended.

Beat in yeast mixture.

Add 1 1/2 cups of flour.

Gradually mix in enough of remaining flour by hand to form stiff, smooth dough.

Cover bowl with a damp towel.

Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.

Punch dough down (dough will be moist and sticky).

Turn dough into buttered soufflé dish.

Let rise until doubled, 30 to 40 minutes.

Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
