Dill Bread
Dill Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd), 1/4 c. water, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine first 5 ingredients and heat to lukewarm.
Add yeast, soda, dill seed, minced onion, egg and flour.
Combine ingredients and add flour, beating well.
Turn out on floured board and knead. Place in oiled bowl, turning over so all sides are oiled.
Cover with towel.
Let rise (double) about 1 hour.
Punch down.
Knead and form loaf.
Let rise until light, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush top with butter; sprinkle with salt.
Cool 5 minutes in pan.
Turn out on cooling rack.
