Dijon Chicken
Dijon Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. dijon mustard, 1/2 c. water, 1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up and 1 (8 oz.) bag herb seasoned stuffing, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a shallow bowl, combine mustard and water; dip the chicken pieces and then roll in stuffing.
Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with the remaining stuffing.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
