Diet Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip and 1 small pkg. jello (any flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place pineapple in a bowl and sprinkle jello over it.
Stir in cottage cheese.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Chill.
