Diet Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. tomato sauce, 2 medium onions, 1 green pepper and 2 stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook tomato sauce 30 minutes slowly.
Meanwhile, stir-fry onions, green pepper and celery in pan.
Fry ground meat separately.
When done, mix oil together.
Have cooked lasagna ready.
No eggs, no cheese, use other seasonings if wish.
Makes 1 or 2 layers depending on the size of pan.
Cook 30 minutes.
