Diet Lasagna
Diet Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground round, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato purée, 1/2 tsp. basil and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute beef and onions.
Drain off fat.
Add purée, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Thaw spinach and squeeze out water.
Combine spinach and cottage cheese.
In a 9-inch square or 7 x 11-inch dish, arrange in layers: spinach mixture, meat mixture and cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6.
