Diet Lasagna
Diet Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. 90% ground beef or turkey, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 tsp. basil and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion and ground meat.
Add seasonings, tomato sauce and mushrooms.
Squeeze liquid from thawed spinach and mix with cottage cheese.
Cut Mozzarella cheese in strips.
In a 7 x 11-inch baking dish, arrange in layers the spinach mix, meat mix and Mozzarella; repeat.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
