Diet Jam
Diet Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mashed or chopped fruit, 2 envelopes of diet gelatin, 1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice, 3 - 4 pkg. equal or sweetener to taste and 2 tbsp. sure-jell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine fruit, gelatin, apple juice and sweetener.
Cook 20 minutes or until fruit is done. Add sure-jell.
Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Put in sterile jars and seal.
Try these combinations: peaches and raspberry gelatin, apple and orange gelatin, or figs and strawberry gelatin.
