Diet Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1/2 c. chopped dates, 1/2 c. chopped apples, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil apples, raisins, dates and water for 3 minutes.
Add vegetable oil and cool.
Add the other ingredients.
Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°. Refrigerate in airtight container.
