Diet Cheese Cake
Diet Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 15 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 2 c. cottage cheese and 8 pkg. sweet 'n low, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain pineapple juice and put in a bowl.
Mix with gelatin and set aside.
In blender, put eggs, pineapple, cottage cheese, Sweet 'N Low and vanilla.
Blend well.
Add juice mixture.
Will be like pancake batter.
Spray pan with Pam.
Pour batter into pan.
When done, place frozen blueberries on top.
