Diane's Cinnamon Rolls
Diane'S Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 3 c. warm water, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar and stir.
Add eggs, salt and butter.
Add sifted flour (it is sticky).
Turn over on board; add more flour until not so sticky.
Put in large crock or container and let rise for 5 hours.
Divide into 3 parts and just enough flour to permit rolling.
Brush with melted butter-sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Cut 1 1/4 inch thick; put in well greased pan.
Don't cover.
Let sit for 8 hours or overnight.
Bake 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Frost.
May be frozen.
Makes 50-55 rolls.
